Join Sam (Roulston) & AJ (Vaage) for a night of hilarious improvised comedy. This award-winning comedy duo started their improv careers in Canada at the world famous Rapid Fire Theatre, The Second City (Toronto) and Bad Dog Theatre. Now Sam & AJ are bringing their signature fast-paced, multi-character, controlled-chaos to the Free Association stage and want you to come along for the ride.
Sam performs regularly at the Free Association (This Doesn’t Leave The Room, Winner) and was a finalist in the Leicester Sq New Comedian Of The Year 2023. His solo show CRINGE won The Second City Best New Comedy Award at the Toronto Fringe in 2022. Sam recently got back from Sundance Film Festival where his film "In A Violent Nature" had its world premier.
AJ started his career improvising with the legendary Rapid Fire Theatre in Edmonton, Canada. He made his television debut in YTV’s That’s So Weird, a sketch comedy show which earned him a Canadian Comedy Award. Most recently, AJ starred in Eugenio Derbez’s workplace comedy They Came at Night which is premiering in 2024 on TelevisaUnivision’s Vix+.
